Kyle Seanor is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Illinois with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology at Illinois State University and his master’s degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
Kyle has been working as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic since 2014. He specialized in the evaluation and treatment of speech and language disorders in children from birth to 18 years old, with a focus on the skills of receptive understanding, verbal and non-verbal communication, articulation/phonology, social/pragmatic language, fluency, feeding, and augmentative-alternative communication (AAC). He has experience working with children and young adults with a range of disorder types including speech/language delay, articulation/phonological disorders, autism spectrum disorder, childhood apraxia of speech, and Down syndrome.
Kyle is driven to help improve the quality of life for his clients and their families by establishing strong rapport, developing an individualized treatment plan, facilitating progress, and focusing on positive outcomes so clients can be successful in both therapy and everyday life.
